Reconnecting with the Forgotten Project

Historic photograph of the Ross Family. In front (L-R) are Albert Charles Ross, George Ernest, Victor Lyle and Emmeline (nee Neeley). Mary Jane (the oldest daughter) and James Wilfred (or William) are standing in the back. As their youngest son, Alvin, is not pictured and was born 11 years after Victor, so we estimate the image was taken between 1905 and 1910. They were the second Ross family to settle in the Ahmic Harbour area.
A history of the family with photos was published in 'Ahmic Harbour, the Story of Croswell's Landing' by the Whitestone Historical Society.
