From July 1 to July 7, the Museum on Tower Hill will have a temporary exhibition about the Avro Arrow. The supersonic jet was designed to intercept missiles but the project was eventually cancelled. Some components of the CF-105 Arrow’s “Iroquois” engine were tested at an Orenda facility in Nobel, just outside of Parry Sound.
